Venue: Pasir Ris Park
Pit: Area 1, Pit 22 (hopefully still available, else get around 19-23)
Time: 5.30PM onwards
Attire: Class tee, if possible! :D

The rest, meet directly at the BBQ pit! For those who don't know how~
Take MRT to Pasir Ris Station. Take 403 from the bus interchange and alight at the stop after the roundabout. Alternatively, open your mouth and ask the bus conductor to tell you when to alight. I think you'll have to walk a distance from here though, it's worth it!! :)

Which means... Time to distribute the class fund! How exciting. Anyway, the class fund has $106.70 exactly. There's a few plan I've came up with~ Vote on the tagboard yeah.

1) $2 given to everyone, remaining $26.70 to buy food or something. Some snacks, I guess.

2) $2 subsidy off Harvest magazine, which I think we haven't paid yet, right? Remaining $26.70 same as above.

3) Whole amount used to have a class party or something. Like, BBQ? Picnic?

Pupils are to
1.work in groups with maximum of 6 members;
2. look for a variety of sources related to the History of Singapore in the 1950s-1960s and compile the sources in a file;
3.write an article for the local newspaper/magazine that answers the question "What is Singapore like politically, economically and socially in the 1950s-1960s?"
4.submit both the article and the sources in a file by the first history lesson in Term 3, 2009 to the class chairperson.

Here's something random to spice up this *half-dead* blog =D

Picture this in your mind right now, you're walking randomly in the canteen, then suddenly, you saw your classmate walking in your direction, what would you do?

1) Look in the other direction
2) Pretend that you're busy with something (Fondle with your fingers, cough out loud, look in between your fingernails to find any dirt that's stuck...)
3) Run in the other direction, scream, shout and feel hysterical
4) Say hi
5) Wait for him or her to say hi to you,then after that, you greet back
6) Hug the person immediately no matter if he's/she's a guy or gal(I can surely tell you that I'm not that kind of guy...=D )
7) Wave
8) Bow Down to the person
9)Look at the person in the eyes...Deep deep...DEEP...Just freak them out a little
10) Stay cool and calm, just walk pass that person...

For me, I'll choose option 2,3,8...Just kidding =DBe Serious! For me, I'll choose 4, 5, 7 and sometimes 10 and 9
The reason?
For 4, I'll do say hi when the person, he or she (mostly 'he') , is my "good friend" which in other term, have good friendship ties with him or her, able to work well with him or her, etc
For 5, I'll do that when the other person is a gal, as some of you guys out there might know, I'm shy with girls, I repeat, I'm shy towards the opposite gender, that why in school, you guys may find me quiet and *shy*...I'm don't talk that much in school, but I do talk quite a bit when someone starts a conversation with me, I'm a cranky guy, crack jokes but serious at times...
For 7, quiet and shy is who I'm like and furthermore, action speaks louder than words, so a hand wave will do the trick =D
For 10 and 9
9 is when I'm trying to make my friends, crank them up a bit, hoping to cheer them up when they're feeling sad. =D
10 the magic number
Refer to "Option 5" plus some little stuff...It happens like this, you're walking in the canteen, then, you see this person walking towards your direction, in your mind, you're waiting for him/her to say hi to you, but in his/her mind, he/she is also thinking about the same thing, wanting you to take the intiative, but you two didn't do anything, you guys just carried on walking and when you guys walked past each other, at the corner of your eye, you can actually see the person staring at the way you do, looking, erm, pissed off? Sad? Left out?

Whatever's the case, you or/and the person may feel strange and awkward...Whoopsies...

So people, don't neglect your friends and family!! Take some time to talk to them, about your homework, about your love life, ahem, I mean school life, interesting stuff that happened at school...Anything and everything under the sun... =D

Hi guys, the freak is here. Anyway it's fun blogging in this cute lil empty blog. HAHAHA. WATCH ME.

Anyway, i've spent bout 27 minutes figuring out nice designs for the class tee. Yes i know we have decided, but i felt that that was a lil too plain though. I've bout 5 ideas here, so please please vote kay. Voting ends this thursday :D Vote through the tagboard or tell me personally eh!

So please spread the word around otherwise it's freeeeking unfair :) These 5 here are just the front design, we'd decide on the front design first before the back design. Then i shall send in orders.
